Type II Commercial Grade Woven Fabric Backed Vinyl Wall Covering:
The wallcovering surface material is PVC film. Water based ink is printed on the PVC film surface, then glued to cross cloth (or non-woven cloth) to the back surface of the film. Finally, the film front surface is embossed to get a 3D effect.
