Product Description
Fully Glazed Steel Partition Assembly -
The partition mullions and transoms are made using range of steel TGP Fireframes® Curtainwall series profiles (45mm and 60mm wide, depth varies)
The partition is glazed with FireLite® (5mm thick), FireLite® NT (5mm thick) or FireLite® IGU (Nominal 25mm thick with tempered glass pane). The glazing panes are supported on setting blocks and secured in place with steel pressure plates covered with aluminium caps. Ceramic glazing tape is used between the glazing and mullion/transom and also between the glazing and pressure plates. 1.5mm thick Intumescent tape is placed around the glazing perimeter of IGU panes.

FIRE RATINGS
The fully glazed partition assembly has been tested according to EN 1364-1:2015 standard and qualifies for the following ratings:

Note 1: For E180 rating, 20% extension in height is allowed above the tested height and the width of the assembly can be extended infinitely by replication of the tested assembly.
Note 2: The product noted above also meets the requirements of BS 476 Part 20(1987) and BS 476 Part 22(1987).
Note 3: Glazing panes are allowed to be installed using Silicone gaskets for up to 30 minutes fire rating. Gasket reference given below:
